Here at www.loopyladies.co.uk it's no problem to get an exchange or a refund for on line purchases. We just ask that you send your purchase back within 14 days of receipt of goods, making sure it's unused and good as new in its original packaging with all info tags still attached. (This does not affect your statutory rights).

To return an item, simply contact us by telephone 01527 579650 or by using the contact us button on the left hand side of the page and we will allocate you a returns number.

We recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item. Loopyladies will not be held liable for the cost of return or lost parcels.

Please note that for returned goods, we will refund the price of the goods but not the delivery charge . For exchanges, the replacement goods will be delivered to you free of charge.

Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the receipt of your order without giving a reason.
