Three cats of vaguely Scottish ancestry have packed their bagpipes, golf clubs and haggis for an outing. The bottle in the center of the boat is a favorite tipple of David Lawrence's: a single malt called “Sheep Dip.” The 120 on the bottle indicates that this is the 120th piece David has carved for Harmony Kingdom. The acorn can be found hidden in the box of provisions which also holds other Scottish delicacies: a few trout, a jar of Duerr’s marmalade and several Tunnock’s teacakes (a confection much loved by the Lawrence children). The boat’s name – Argo – comes from the Greek myth of Jason and the Argonauts, and was suggested by four-year-old Katie Lawrence. “Nessy was here” scrawled on the base of the boat refers to a visit made by Rose’s cousin Nessy during the summer holidays. On the interior is the true inhabitant of the Loch – Nessie the Loch Ness Monster . Signed and numbered by the artist. Only 200 of this piece are available in the UK.

Although Harmony Kingdom is still manufactured at Wimberley Mills near Stroud in Gloucestershire, since Martin Perry, the founder retired in August 2005, marketing and shipping of the pieces is done from the USA office at Harmony Ball Company in Ohio. This means that we have to consolidate our orders before having them shipped to us.
